You will deal with our Park Manager, Sue who has a wealth of experience and will walk you through each step of the process. As an independent and family run business, we pride ourselves on our non pushy approach to sales and want you to feel supported throughout the sales process.
We encourage prospective owners to book a tour of our park to experience our coastal location for yourself. We’ll show you our grounds and facilities and can take you around our fleet of static caravans and lodges for sale. Many customers find it helpful to get a feel for a property.
When you buy a holiday home at Whitby the price will include siting, connection to services, gas and electricity testing, steps, CO2 and smoke detection alarms and aerial. We can help you arrange optional extras such as a verandah.
